The prayer group meet every Friday evening at 7pm in St Mary’s Hall.
A group of parishioners come together, firstly for a few moments of silent prayer then read through the readings for the coming Sunday and discuss their content and meaning.
This is usually followed by some prayers (intercessions) for anyone requesting or needing our prayers.
The meeting lasts about an hour and is calm and reflective.
No-one is expected to read out or say anything at all, everyone can contribute as much as they wish or just listen, it’s up to you.
